I normally enjoy this author's works but this was not her best. Good story premise, plausible storyline, likeable characters, short read which I don't have any issues with, but at least finish the story. The story develops quickly and fairly well but the end is very rushed, like she only gave herself so many pages to write the story and ran out before finishing. Authors want us to purchase their books then they should give us decent and complete ending. I don't want to use my imagination on how a story ends and what happens to the characters.Product details

I love the story and characters. The action, suspence and romance are outstanding. The sex is amazing and hot. You will love it. I can't wait for the next book.
I really enjoyed this book. It had the perfect combination of romance, mystery and excitement. Be warned that once you start reading this one it's hard to put down until you have finished!
In this book Fiona is the event planner for an international convention. Wyatt is assigned to head security. There are many interesting twists and turns to the plot which lead to a happy ending.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend that you do read it. Could do with a touch more suspense though. I picked the villain almost straight away. But still worth a read. Happy reading.
Fairly quick read with MC that have immediate chemistry even though she doesn't want to. This is intertwined with her in charge of a convention and him security... yup, and explosives.
A good beginning to a series. What more can you ask for? You get a romantic adventure with a soldier hero and a strong heroine. Neither looking for the romance, but a great ending. Plus a preview of the next book is included.
I have read several other books by this author and found them entertaining. With that said, this was a disappointing read. The storyline looked promising but I found the characters shallow and outcome predictable. Ms James had her characters either thinking about or/having sex like bunnies, on almost every page! I don't mind love scenes,but she could have fleshed out the terrorist/PTSD aspects of the story and made it a better read. Will not be reading the next in this series.
